1. No Godmoding!!! Your character CAN NOT be so powerful that people can't beat him/her.
2. No useing time control as an ability. Yes, I understand that Sailor Pluto can control time but that is the only character allowed to do so and even then myself and Rei will be keeping a close eye on the attacks Sailor Pluto does.
